German Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 1/2 c. sugar, pinch of salt, 2 tbsp. butter, 1 large can evaporated milk and 12 oz. german sweet chocolate, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Boil the sugar, salt, butter and milk for 6 minutes.
In a bowl, put the remaining ingredients.
Pour hot mixture over this and beat until chocolate is melted and well mixed.
Pour into pan, greased with butter.
Let set several hours before cutting.
