German Cucumbers
German Cucumbers is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large cucumber, 1/3 c. vinegar, 1/3 c. sugar, 1/3 c. milk and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Slice cucumber (peeled).
Salt slices and place in a deep bowl. Weigh it down with a saucer to draw out the juice.
Leave overnight.
Squeeze out all juice from cucumbers.
Then place in brine of vinegar, sugar, milk, salt and pepper.
Let stand several hours.
