German Chocolate Upside-Down Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. coconut, 1 c. pecans, chopped, 1 german chocolate cake mix, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature) and 1 stick margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Grease well an 11 x 15 x 2-inch pan.
Sprinkle coconut and chopped nuts in bottom of pan.
Mix cake mix according to directions on package and pour over nuts and coconut.
Mix cream cheese and margarine; cream well and add powdered sugar and blend. Drop by teaspoon on top of batter in pan.
Do not spread.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes or until done.
