German Chocolate Upside-Down Cake
German Chocolate Upside-Down Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. coconut, 1 c. chopped nuts, german chocolate cake mix, 1 stick margarine and 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese (softened), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix coconut and nuts; put in bottom of a well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Make cake mix by directions on box.
Pour over coconut and pecan mixture.
In a saucepan heat margarine and cream cheese until mixture is warm enough to stir in powdered sugar. When smooth, spoon over top of cake mix.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes or until cake is done.
Do not cut until cold.
