German Chocolate Upside-Down Cake
German Chocolate Upside-Down Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. chopped pecans, 1 c. coconut, 1 german chocolate cake mix, 1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Spray 9 x 13-inch cake pan with Pam.
Put nuts and coconut on bottom of pan.
Mix cake mix by box directions.
Pour over nuts and coconut.
Melt cream cheese and margarine together.
Mix in powdered sugar.
Drizzle over cake mix.
Bake at 375Β° for 35 or 40 minutes or until done.
Stick may be moist from cream cheese. Turn upside-down on cookie sheet and leave 5 minutes and take off.
