German Chocolate Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. butter, 1 c. sugar, pinch of salt, 1/2 bar german chocolate and 3 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Melt chocolate, butter and sugar in top of double boiler or in microwave.
Let cool slightly.
Add eggs, cornstarch, then other ingredients.
