German Chocolate Pie
German Chocolate Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell, 14 oz. pkg. german sweet chocolate, 1/4 c. margarine, 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk and 1 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Melt chocolate with margarine in small pan.
Remove from heat and add milk.
Separately combine sugar, cornstarch and salt. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
Gradually add to chocolate mixture. Stir in coconut and pecans.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 375Β° for 45 minutes.
Cool for several hours.
