Made with 4 c. or so mashed potatoes (enough for 4 servings), 1/4 c. chopped green onions (with tops), 2 c. ground beef, cooked and drained, 1 egg, slightly beaten and 2 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Prepare mashed potatoes (I used leftovers).
