Genny's Potatoes Romanoff
Genny'S Potatoes Romanoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 large potatoes, 2 (10 oz.) containers sour cream, 1 bunch green onions, 1/4 tsp. pepper and 1 3/4 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook potatoes in jackets until tender.
Peel and medium shred them (4 sided grater).
Stir in sour cream and 1 cup shredded cheese.
Add remaining ingredients.
Turn into buttered 2-quart casserole.
Top with remaining cheese; sprinkle with paprika. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Next day, bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
