Gelatin-Wiches
Gelatin-Wiches is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. peach flavor jello, 1 c. boiling water, 1 (4 1/2 oz.) cool whip, thawed and 14 double graham crackers, separated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and chill until slightly thickened.
Fold in whipped topping.
Spread gelatin mixture about 1/2-inch thick or 14 of the crackers; top with remaining crackers, pressing lightly and smoothing around edges with spatula.
Freeze until firm, about 3 hours.
Makes 14 sandwiches.
