Gelatin Trifle
Gelatin Trifle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. (4 serving size) jell-o brand strawberry sugar-free flavor gelatin, 3/4 c. boiling water, 1/2 c. cold water, ice cubes and 1 c. sliced strawberries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Combine cold water and ice cubes to make 1 1/4 cups.
Add to gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened.
Remove any unmelted ice.
Stir in strawberries and bananas.
Place cake cubes in large serving bowl; sprinkle with orange juice.
Spoon gelatin mixture over cake in bowl.
