Gelatin Salad
Gelatin Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. jello (lime or your choice), 1/2 c. angel flake coconut, 1/2 c. pecans, chopped, 1 can fruit cocktail and 1 2/3 to 2 c. miniature marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Bring water to a boil.
Pour over jello, softened cream cheese and marshmallows.
Stir until melted.
Add pecans, coconut and fruit cocktail.
Mix well.
Spray mold or dish with pam.
Pour gelatin mixture into mold.
Refrigerate.
