Gelatin Salad
Gelatin Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 oz. pkg. lime jello, 3 oz. pkg. raspberry jello, 1 1/2 c. boiling water (for each package), 3 c. miniature marshmallows and 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Dissolve lime and raspberry jello separately using 1 1/2 cups boiling water for each package.
Pour into separate 8-inch square pans; chill until firm.
Cut into small cubes.
Combine marshmallows, pineapple and jello mixing lightly.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Pour into spring-form pan lined with ladyfingers, split and cut in half.
Chill several hours and serve.
Can be mixed as a salad eliminating ladyfingers.
This salad is pretty for Christmas.
