Gelatin Salad
Gelatin Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) box lime jello, 1 c. boiling water, 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened and 1/2 pt. heavy cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix lime jello with boiling water until dissolved.
Allow to cool until lukewarm.
In a blender combine jello mixture with the softened cream cheese and heavy cream.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into mixing bowl.
Add drained pineapple and nuts.
Pour into jello mold and refrigerate until set.
Unmold and serve.
