Made with 2 c. ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped, 2 green onions, chopped, 2 tbsp. green pepper chunks, 2 tbsp. cucumbers, peeled and seeded and 3/4 c. tomato juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors.
