Gazpacho
Gazpacho is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 large tomatoes, peeled and chopped, 1 green pepper, chopped, 1 cucumber, peeled and chopped, 1 c. celery, chopped and 1/2 c. green onions, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
