Gazpacho
Gazpacho is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 large tomatoes, peeled and chopped, 1 green pepper, chopped, 1 cucumber, peeled and chopped, 1 c. celery, chopped and 1/2 c. green onions, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine all ingredients in large nonmetallic bowl and chill overnight.
Serve soup cold with dollop of sour cream on top of each service.
Pass croutons.
Serves approximately 6 to 8.
