Gazpacho
Gazpacho is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 tomatoes, 1/2 c. olive oil, 2 slices white bread, wine vinegar and 1/2 green pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Remove crust from bread and dip slices in wine vinegar. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Add enough water to fill blender and liquefy.
(If there is not enough room in the blender, add 1 to 2 cups of water and blend in 2 batches.)
Soup should not be watery.
Chill well before serving.
