Gazpacho is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 large tomatoes, peeled and diced, 1 large cucumber, peeled and diced, 1 green pepper, diced, 1 c. cold water and 1/4 c. olive oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine all ingredients except breadcrumbs.
