Garlic Shrimp
Garlic Shrimp is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. fresh fettucini, 1 lb. medium shrimp, 1 tbsp. parsley, 1 tsp. sweet basil and 1/2 tsp. black pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Peel and devein shrimp.
Slice peppers.
Set aside dry ingredients.
In a large frying pan, melt butter.
Add garlic and peppers.
Cook on medium heat until soft.
Put water on for pasta and, once boiling, add pasta to water.
Place shrimp in frying pan; stir-fry with peppers until shrimp turn pink.
Add dry ingredients; mix.
Serve shrimp mixture over fettucini.
Makes 4 servings.
