Garlic Shrimp
Garlic Shrimp is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. butter, 3 cloves fresh garlic, crushed, 8 oz. whole mushrooms, stems removed, 1 tbsp. lemon juice and 12 oz. fresh shrimp, shelled and deveined, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Melt butter in large skillet.
Add crushed garlic and whole mushrooms.
Gently mix in lemon juice and shrimp.
(Add more butter, if needed, at this time.)
Saute 1 minute on each side, or until pink.
Add wine; increase heat and bring to a boil.
Remove from heat and add cornstarch mixture.
Return to flame until sauce is thickened.
Serve over rice.
