Garden Veggies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small to medium yellow squash, 1 small to medium zucchini, 1 green pepper, 1 large onion and 1 large tomato, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Slice squash thin; cut pepper in strips.
Slice onion thin. Melt oleo; saute first 4 ingredients until tender.
While these are cooking, cut up tomato.
When squash is done, put in tomato and let heat from veggies warm them.
Sprinkle with grated cheese, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning.
Serve immediately.
