Garden Vegetable Pasta
Garden Vegetable Pasta is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms, 2 green onions, sliced, 1/8 tsp. garlic powder or 1 clove garlic, minced and 1 can mixed vegetables, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
In a 10-inch skillet over medium heat in hot oil, cook mushrooms and green onions with garlic until tender and liquid is evaporated, stirring often.
Stir in mixed vegetables, tomatoes, half and half, cheese and basil.
Add spaghetti.
Heat through, stirring occasionally.
