Garden Stuffed Mushrooms
Garden Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. dried, crumbly style herb seasoned stuffing, crushed, 1/4 c. butter, melted, 1/4 c. finely chopped carrot, 1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper and pinch of pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Heat oven to 350Β°.
In small bowl, stir all ingredients except mushrooms.
Stuff each mushroom cap with 1 tablespoon of filling. Place in buttered 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until tender.
