Melt margarine, chocolate chips and peanut butter in microwave 2 minutes.
Pour over Rice Chex mix.
Mix and place in clean small garbage bag.
Add powdered sugar and shake.
Lay out on small garbage bag to dry overnight.
Put in airtight container.
