Galomki - Cabbage Rolls
Galomki - Cabbage Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. bread crumbs, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. rice, cooked and cooled and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Separate cabbage leaves.
Mix first 5 ingredients together. Place large spoonful of meat mixture in center of cabbage leaf and roll into a packet.
Repeat process until meat mixture is gone. Place rolls in a roasting pan.
Mix tomato soup with 1/2 to 3/4 can of water.
Pour over rolls.
Cover pan with lid or foil and bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
