Beat eggs.
Add milk.
Sift flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and baking soda.
Add wets to well in drys and beat until smooth. Slowly pour 1/2 cup batter into 275Β° fat for deep frying.
Fry until golden.
Drain on paper towels.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
