Funnel Cakes
Funnel Cakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. sugar, 2 eggs, 1 1/2 c. milk, 1 tsp. vanilla and 2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine sugar, eggs, milk and vanilla in bowl.
Add flour, baking powder and salt.
Beat until smooth.
In skillet, heat oil to 360Β°.
Hold finger over bottom of funnel and fill with batter. Hold funnel over hot oil and drop batter in circular motion. Cook, turning once, until puffy and golden brown.
Drain on paper towel.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
