Funnel Cakes
Funnel Cakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 egg, 2/3 c. milk, 1 1/3 c. sifted flour, 2 tbsp. sugar and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Beat eggs and add milk.
Sift flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and soda.
Add milk and egg mixture.
Beat until smooth. Holding your finger over bottom of funnel, pour batter into funnel; drop batter into hot (375Β°) oil, swirling it into circles from center out.
Make each about 6 inches in diameter.
Fry until golden brown.
Drain on brown paper.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
