Funnel Cakes is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 2 tbsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. salt, 2 eggs and 1 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In a large mixing bowl (or in Quick Shake), combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add in eggs and milk.
Mix together and let stand a few minutes. Cook in hot oil until brown on both sides.
Drain. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
