Funnel Cakes
Funnel Cakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. flour, 3/4 c. milk, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1/8 tsp. salt and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix all ingredients except confectioners sugar with beater. Heat oil to 370Β°.
Pour 1/4 cup of batter into a funnel (holding a finger over the hole).
Hold funnel over heated oil, take finger away from hole and let pour spiraling.
Turn over with tongs.
When light brown put on paper toweling and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
