Funnel Cakes is an easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, 1 1/2 c. milk, 2 c. flour, 1 tsp. baking powder and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Beat eggs and milk together in large bowl.
Mix flour, baking powder and salt.
Add milk mixture and beat together.
Pour batter from funnel into hot grease.
Turn over to cook other side. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
