Funnel Cakes
Funnel Cakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. flour, 3 tbsp. sugar, 1/2 tsp. soda, 3/4 tsp. baking powder and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Sift together the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
Add the egg and milk; mix well and beat until smooth.
Hold finger over bottom of funnel.
Pour in 1/3 cup batter.
Remove finger and let batter drop in a spiral motion in hot oil.
Fry until golden brown on both sides.
Remove; drain on paper towel.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve warm.
Yields 3 large cakes.
