Funnel Cakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, 2 c. flour, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 1/2 c. milk and 1 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Heat grease, 2-inches deep, very hot.
Mix batter.
Pour through funnel into hot grease, moving in circular motion, then crisscross. Brown lightly.
Remove and drain. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
