Funnel Cakes
Funnel Cakes is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. milk, 2 eggs, 1/2 tsp. baking powder, pinch salt and 2 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Beat eggs well and add milk.
Sift salt and baking powder into a little flour.
Add to the egg and milk mixture.
Continue adding flour until you have a thin batter.
Heat oil in 1/2 - 1 inch pan.
Put butter into funnel and then into oil.
Start in the center of the skillet and going around and round making the size and shape of your choice.
Serve with powdered sugar or syrup.
