Funnel Cakes is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. milk, 2 eggs, 3 c. self-rising flour, 1/2 tsp. salt and vegetable oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine milk, eggs, salt and flour.
Heat oil to 400Β°.
Fill funnel with batter, holding finger over opening.
Hold funnel over oil and allow batter to flow, making coils and swirls, frying on each side for 1 to 2 minutes or until golden brown.
Drain on paper towel.
