Funnel Cakes
Funnel Cakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, beaten, 2 c. milk, 4 c. sifted all-purpose flour, 1/3 c. sugar and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

With milk.
Gradually beat in flour, sugar, salt and baking powder until very smooth.
Holding the opening of a funnel closed your forefinger, fill funnel with batter. Controlling with your forefinger, dribble the batter into hot oil at 375Β°, starting at center of pan and swirling outward circle.
Fry 2 or 3 minutes or until brown.
Drain on absorbing paper and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Makes 2 dozen, depending on size.
