Funnel Cakes
Funnel Cakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, 1 1/2 c. milk, 2 c. plain flour, 1 tsp. baking powder and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Heat oil in deep fryer or large skillet until it is very hot but don't burn it.
Mix all the ingredients and pour through a funnel held over the hot oil.
Move the funnel in a circle and then crisscross motion as you pour the batter through the funnel to form the cakes.
They rise fast and get pretty large, so be careful not to pour too much batter at a time.
