Funnel Cake
Funnel Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, 1 1/2 c. milk, 2 c. flour, 1 tsp. baking powder and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Use an electric skillet with 1/2 full of oil.
When oil gets hot take mixture of first 5 ingredients (mixed well), pour mixture (1/2 cup) through funnel.
Move into a circular motion and then crisscross motion.
Turn when it becomes brown.
Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
