Funnel Cake
Funnel Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 egg, beaten, 2/3 c. milk, 1 1/4 c. flour, 2 tbsp. sugar and 1 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Beat milk and egg.
Blend dry ingredients and gradually add milk to mixture.
Heat Crisco in pan.
When hot, put a little batter in funnel.
Using circular motion, drip batter into hot Crisco.
When brown on one side, turn over.
When brown on both sides, put on a plate.
With a sifter, put 10x sugar on the Funnel Cake.
