Funnel Cake
Funnel Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 beaten eggs, 1 1/2 c. milk, 2 c. all-purpose flour, 1 tsp. baking powder and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
In mixing bowl, combine eggs and milk.
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
Add that to egg mixture; beat until smooth.
In skillet, heat oil to 360Β°.
Covering spout with finger, pour 1/4 cup batter into funnel.
Remove finger and release batter into oil in a spiral, starting in center and winding out.
Fry until golden brown.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
