Funnel Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 beaten eggs, 1 1/2 c. milk, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. salt and 2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine eggs and milk; add flour, baking powder and salt. Beat until smooth.
Pour through a funnel into hot oil.
Fry until golden brown (3 minutes).
Turn and fry one more minute. Go-o-o-d!!
