Funnel Cake
Funnel Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 beaten eggs, 1 1/2 c. milk, 2 c. flour, 1/2 tsp. baking powder and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine eggs and milk.
Stir together flour, baking powder and salt.
Add to eggs and milk.
Beat smooth.
Heat oil in skillet. Pour mixture into funnel.
Release into hot oil.
Cook about 2 minutes or until golden brown.
Take out of oil.
Place on a paper towel.
Let cool.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and top with cherry pie filling.
