Funnel Cake
Funnel Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 beaten egg, 1 1/4 c. flour, 2 to 3 tbsp. sugar, 1/4 tsp. vanilla and 2/3 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Preheat
2 inches of oil in deep skillet (375Β°).
Use a funnel with a 3/18-inch opening.
Pour 1/2 cup batter in the funnel, holding finger over the opening and 1-inch over the oil.
Pour batter in a circular design.
Let it brown and turn only once. Remove pan and drain.
Serve hot with powdered sugar, brown sugar or maple syrup.
