Heat 2 inches of oil in deep frying pan to 350Β°. Combine flour, sugar, milk and eggs in mixing bowl and beat until smooth.
Drizzle 1/2 cup of batter in a circular design into hot oil.
Fry until golden brown on both sides.
Drain on paper towel.
Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
