Funnel Cake
Funnel Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/3 c. flour, 1 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. soda, 2 tbsp. sugar and 3/4 tbsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Sift dry ingredients together.
Mix egg and milk together and add to dry ingredients.
Beat until smooth.
Hold finger over bottom of a funnel; pour in some batter.
Remove finger and let batter drop in a spiral motion into pan filled with 1-inch of hot oil. Fry until golden brown, turning once.
Remove from pan and drain on a paper towel.
