Funnel Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. flour, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. baking powder and 3 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Sift flour, sugar, salt and baking powder together.
Mix eggs and milk together.
Mix both mixtures together and cook in hot oil.
For one, use about 1/2 cup of batter.
Pour in a thin stream into hot oil.
Dust with powdered sugar.
