Funnel Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 2 c. milk, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 c. sugar and 3 to 4 c. flour (plain), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Beat the eggs.
Add the sugar and milk.
Sift 1/2 of the flour, salt and baking powder together.
Add to the egg mixture. Beat the batter with mixer until smooth, adding as much flour as needed.
Batter should be thin enough to pour.
