Funfetti Cookies
Funfetti Cookies is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. pillsbury funfetti cake mix, 1/3 c. oil, 2 eggs and 1 can pillsbury funfetti frosting, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Heat oven to 375Β°.
In large bowl, combine cake mix, oil and eggs; stir by hand until thoroughly moistened.
Stir in sprinkles from cake mix.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls.
Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Flatten to 1/4-inch with bottom of glass dipped in flour.
Bake 6 to 8 minutes until light golden brown.
Cool 1 minute and remove from cookie sheet.
Spread frosting over warm cookies.
Makes 3 dozen.
