Fun And Easy Mints is an easy dinner. Made with 1 2/3 c. powdered sugar, 1/4 tsp. flavoring of choice, 1/4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, food coloring of choice and granulated sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Soften cream cheese.
Add powdered sugar, flavoring and coloring; mix.
When mixed into ball, knead like dough for several minutes.
Pinch small piece and roll into size of marble.
Roll in sugar and push into mold.
Unmold onto wax paper and let dry for 1 hour.
Best to let age for several days.
Can be frozen in a sealed container.
